Exhibitor Application
Below is our online exhibitor application. Please review the floorplan map and the following instructions before filling out this application.
1 – Review the floorplan map (via the button above) carefully before making your selections. Anything marked out is not available.
2 – Once you have made a selection look back at the map. If there is a small square in the booth –this means you will have an electrical box in your booth and by selecting this booth you are acknowledging this is acceptable.
3 – Also, notice if your selected booths have been tagged with “late move in/early move out”. This means you cannot move in before 7pm on Wednesday, March 5 and you will be the first to moveout on Sunday, March 9.
4 – You must give 4 or more booth choice – forms submitted with only 1 choice will be sent back which will result in delay in your booth selection.
5 – Forms will be assigned on seniority of years in the show, then first received, first assigned basis.
6 – If this form is not received back you will not be assigned a booth location until I hear from you. This means I may have moved on to the next round of seniority in which case you will be moved to the top of that round for seniority.
7 – When I receive your booth selection form and have assigned you a booth, you will get an email from me with a link that will take you to your contract. Please read the directions on the contract as you go through it. Most everything will be done via email, but there will be times that I send out paper copies of things.
8 – Be patient, I will work as fast as I can to process requests, but it may take a couple of weeks to process everything.
Special Note – We will not be able to take booth placement over the phone. This form must be filled out and submitted to keep everything fair. Thank you for understanding.
