Each year, homeowners graciously open their doors, inviting you to tour remarkable remodeling projects throughout the Tulsa area. Kitchen Remodel – The Buckingham Group
3316 S. Birmingham Ave.
A professionally trained chef needed a kitchen that could keep up with him — so The Buckingham Group took this space back to the framing and rebuilt it from scratch. The result: a custom kitchen with professional-grade appliances, handcrafted cabinetry, and elegant display space, all designed to match the skill of a Cordon Bleu-trained cook. Proof that when design meets craftsmanship, extraordinary living follows.
Bedroom, Bathroom, Outdoor Patio, Garage & Exterior Remodel – Dana Build and Design
4131 E. 41st Place
This 1958 mid-century modern home is getting its Palm Springs moment. Dana Build and Design started with a bold exterior move — Oklahoma’s first residential electric garage barn door — then expanded the primary suite, built an outdoor kitchen, and gave the primary bedroom its own “wow” moment with a stunning faux finish and wall-spanning mural. And this is only stage one.
Full Home Remodel, Addition, Outdoor Patio & Pool – Day Homes

Day Homes expanded this 1950s ranch from 2,500 to 4,000 square feet without losing its original character. New additions include a private primary suite, scullery, dedicated dog wash, three-car garage, and a custom pool with professionally designed fencing — sophistication and craftsmanship built onto a home’s original charm.
Detached Mother-In-Law Suite / Airbnb Remodel – Hammer Stars
1904 S. Florence Place
Tucked behind a nearly 100-year-old midtown home, this forgotten detached garage is now a fully self-contained, income-producing guest studio. Hammer Stars packed the 483-square-foot space with color-changing accent lighting, a full kitchen, a smart mini-split, and an EV charger — proof of what a once-cramped outbuilding can become.
Bathroom Remodel – Re-Bath of Tulsa

In a 1928 Tulsa home, Re-Bath preserved historic character while introducing a spa-inspired retreat: natural stone extending across the wall and shower, a frameless glass enclosure, brushed gold fixtures, and a freestanding soaking tub — quality craftsmanship meeting timeless design.
Kitchen Remodel – Simms Kitchens & Cabinetry

Just steps away in the same 1928 home, Simms Kitchens and Cabinetry transformed the heart of the house: custom inset cabinetry, full-height marble backsplash, a brass pot filler, and rich hardwood floors bring together timeless design and everyday function.
